Each studio is designed by a world class acoustician and constructed by a specialist studio builder. They are superior in both quality of soundproofing and acoustics to make them perfect for all types of music makers.
On Air!
Each studio has its own variable active ventilation control and wifi/smart phone app-controlled radiators. This means each individual studio can have its own climate and air flow settings so you can relax and work in comfort.
We’re Rolling!
We offer rolling monthly contracts - all you need is a one month deposit to move in. Simple! If you’d like the extra security of a 6 month or 12 month contract then no problem, we’d be happy to offer that too. Access is 24/7 via key-code and there’s plenty of CCTV to ensure your studio is secure at all times.
Community Unity!
Markfield Road is home to over 30 other music studios big and small. You can’t help but bump into professional composers, writers, mix engineers and producers on every corner. Want somewhere nice to have a coffee or a cocktail? Then Moko is right next door.
Let There Be Light!
With their own custom made soundproof window every single one of our studios has natural daylight that floods in; great for your wellbeing and general positivity. Daylight is a key ingredient in maintaining positive mental health.
Local Heroes!

Shower Power!
All studios have access to a breakfast bar/kitchen area as well as a bathroom and shower room. There are also two additional storage spaces available on a first come first served basis..
Sharing Is Caring!
If you’d like to share your studio and split the cost with someone else then no problem! In fact we’ll even help to pair you up with the right person - just drop us a message with your requirements and we’ll put you in touch.
Sounding Off/On!
We offer acoustic treatment on request in all of our studios. If you require it we can supply it. Want to bring your own? Great, you’re welcome to use that and make the space your own too.
These studios have been built by musicians for musicians. Oliver McKiernan is a music producer who works out of the original Ghost Town Studio; Ghost Town Sound. He has set out to create a great community of passionate music makers and understands the nuanced world of studio design and what musicians need and want.
